Programs need evidence they can evaluate.
Insurers, employers, gyms, researchers, and public programs often rely on device records or self-report. Performance Equity is building an independent verification layer for human effort.
A recording is where evidence begins. It can be spoofed, fragmented, and hard to compare. The scores already exist: a strain score here, a readiness score there, a training load somewhere else. Every one of them is built for its own hardware and travels nowhere else.
Time won't fix it. None of those scores verifies for the party who pays. That is a different job, and it takes a neutral party that sells no watch and favors none. Performance Equity is that party.
Watches measure. We verify for the other side of the transaction.
Six programs. One question each.
Possible uses, defined with each program. Every pilot sets four things before anyone participates.
A verified session says it did, with uncertainty shown instead of hidden. The pilot defines which evidence a program may responsibly use.
Verified participation at the program level, reported in aggregate, with privacy protections set before anyone joins.
Attendance and effort at your venue on the setup you already have. Nobody shares a score. Once effort builds a record the member owns, a membership stops being worth lending. The pilot maps which signals exist today.
Participation evidence a reviewer can inspect. Reporting and data permissions are defined for the specific program.
Protocol participation recorded and checked, with signal limits stated. Consent and research access are defined before use.
A history the athlete owns and chooses to share. Effort evidence stays separate from any selection decision.
Technology & data integrators. Already handling activity data? Verification is designed to sit beside it. Supported connections, interfaces, and evidence standards are a technical conversation with its own route.

GAVL. The Guardian Access Verification Layer.
Signal classes
The design distinguishes deliberate physical actions from environmental signals. A pilot establishes which signals are available and how they contribute to verification.
Deterministic routing
The architecture is designed to assign a Session Confidence Score and route supported sessions to approval, confirmation, or review. The supported checks and routing are established for each pilot before participation.
Neutral by structure
The goal is a common evidence standard across supported devices and programs. Each relationship must define responsibilities, data access, and the limits of the verification service.
Patent posture
The verification architecture is patent-pending. Further technical discussion is available through the pilot inquiry route.
Venue, duration, heart rate, verdict. A session you can check beats a testimonial you can't.
Program reporting and individual sharing must follow participant consent, the released privacy terms, and the needs of the specific program. Aggregate reporting remains an intended institutional use.
Start small. See everything.
The intended pilot starts with one venue, a defined group, a defined period, and an agreed evidence standard.
Supported devices, venue setup, reporting, privacy, and success criteria are established before participation.
