My years in banking showed me the scale of the resources across finance, government, and philanthropy. I’ve seen what that capital can make possible. I left that world wanting to put my experience toward something I believe in deeply: helping people build better lives through their own effort.
The call to make America healthy again helped sharpen that conviction. For me, it meant creating a practical way to recognize the work people put into their health and help connect that work with meaningful support.
I built Performance Equity because discipline, consistency, and grit deserve recognition. I want funding to reach its intended purpose, with evidence that helps organizations make responsible decisions and people receive support with dignity.
That is why the score is free. I want people to begin building their history without having to buy their way in.
The larger vision is a network of participating organizations, a Performance Equity Card, and Foundation programs that help turn recognition into access and opportunity. That takes partners, funding, and work still ahead. It is the future I’m committed to building.
