Record the work. Build proof around it.
A wearable or phone can record a workout. Performance Equity is being built to evaluate the evidence around supported sessions and turn qualified work into a trusted record.
Every session passes one gate.
Missing evidence and conflicting evidence are different problems. The gate treats them differently.
Place and time.
A supported venue gives the session evidence of where and when. Some venues use a deliberate tap. Others use signals already in the room.
The work, recorded.
Your watch, wearable, or phone records heart rate, motion, and duration.
A recording is evidence. It is not a verdict.
This was my training.
You claim the session. The claim is what gets checked.
Being in the building is not a claim.
GAVL checks the claim.
Each check answers one way: the evidence supports it, conflicts with it, or is unknown.
Unknown counts for nothing. It is never a fail.
Proof of effort.
A verified session becomes proof of effort. Under the scoring design, verified sessions build the Performance Equity Score over time.
The evidence supports the claim. The session stands.
A piece of evidence is missing. You answer one question so the session can be routed. Your answer routes it. It adds no evidence.
Evidence conflicts. The session waits. A person reads the reasons. Nothing scores until it clears.
Only verified sessions reach step 5.
One recorded session. A dated result from the founder’s field testing.

Five layers designed to verify the work behind your score.
Did your workout really start?
Was the device really you?
Did the data make biological sense?
How real was this session?
How consistent are you?
The Guardian Access Verification Layer is a five-layer architecture being built in stages. No claim is made that every layer operates for every participant today.
GAVL. Guardian of the Record.
A device records signals. Verification checks whether the evidence supports the session.
The architecture is designed to detect and route suspicious evidence instead of accepting every recording at face value.
What we hold
The service needs session records and the evidence required for verification. The invitation and privacy terms will explain what is retained and how to request removal.
What's shared
The product is designed for permissioned sharing. The final scope follows the participant’s consent and the released privacy terms.
What an institution sees
Institutional programs are intended to use appropriately scoped individual or aggregate evidence under the program terms and participant consent.
